This privacy policy applies to the entire website, except for the third-party sites whose links can be found on our website.

If you submit personal and business details (e-mail address, names, addresses, birth dates etc.) within our online offer and accept our privacy policy by signing up, we will assume that you have consented to the collection, storage, use and processing of your personal data in accordance with this privacy policy. In addition to the above, we need to ask for your personal details such as your name, address, email address, date of birth, phone number and, if necessary, your bank account details all with the purpose to allow you to use the full range of the service portal functions and to allow us to respond to your enquiries, process your requests, or track your activities. You are free to decide on the extent to which you will use the service portal and to enter your details accordingly.

We therefore process the data categories listed below: data regarding addresses, bank accounts, communication data, contact details, and master data. It is not allowed to forward personal access data to third parties and they must be stored in a manner that prevents third party access. In addition to the above, your personal data will not be either routinely or exceptionally forwarded for advertising purposes or for the purposes of market and public opinion research.

In the event that your personal data is forwarded to a service provider as part of the processing of the data, we have taken steps to ensure that they are bound to comply with the General Regulation as well as other legal regulations.

The personal data that you have forwarded to us will be stored in accordance with the data protection regulations.

2. Erasure, complaints and other rights

Erasure of the data you have provided to us at the time of registration is done when the law prescribes it and provided that this does not violate the mandatory obligation of data retention.

Furthermore, you have the right to request the erasure of your data if they are no longer required for the proper execution of our services and if this does not violate the mandatory obligation of data retention.

The erasure of communication and contact data (except for tracking data and those of involved attorneys) shall be performed after the expiration of a period of three years from the end of the mediation process in the collection of claims. Once the website is loaded, a server-log file is stored on the website server and the IP address contained in them will be deleted at the latest by the end of the fifth day. The analysis during this period of retention will only occur in the event of an attack.

In addition, you have the right to object to the processing of your data pursuant to Article 14, paragraph 2(c) in connection to Article 21 of the General Regulation, based on Article 6, para. 1f) of the General Regulation (see above).

Adarna d.o.o. has taken all technical and organisational security measures in order to protect your personal data from loss and abuse. Your data will be stored in a secure work environment that is unavailable to the public. In accordance with this privacy policy, access to your information is strictly limited to those specifically authorised to do access them.

Our IT system represents a protected area. Firewall has been installed in order to prevent access from other networks that are connected through the Internet. Only those employees who require said data in order to meet specific tasks would have access to your personal data. Our Business associates are trained in personal data protection and the pertaining methods.

When forwarded, your personal data will be encrypted using the so-called Secure Socket Layer Technology (SSL). This means that the communication between your computer and the server of Adarna d.o.o. is carried out using the recognised encryption process, provided that your browser supports SSL.

Regarding communication via email, please note that no confidentiality is guaranteed. This means that third parties may possibly inspect the contents of the emails sent to us.
